Our BBQ meats are hickory smoked for flavor which gives them a pink tinge. Known as a "smoke ring". We believe is serving high quality meats which are leaner than most with a splash of BBQ sauce. This allows you to savor the flavor of our delicious smoked meats. We have four sauces: classic, mustard, hot, and sweet & savory. The classic, mustard and hot BBQ sauces are vinegar based.
